Prospect NSW, Totally Recomend!! 'Sam' .. was the best EVER service person we've ever come across! So Polite, Helpful and Very Caring .. would def give 100 out of 100 for his service.. he is a true value to this company. Love our Melbourne Petite (2 seater and 1 seater) Sofas and our Melbourne Otterman ... SO Comfy... it's nice to see and hear all our visitors say Wow!! When they see them and use them ... so smooth, soft and very comfortable all round. 1,000% recommend 'Plush' Think Sofas 'Prospect' NSW :)
We bought two leather sofas from them with 5 year warranty….warranty booklet noted that accidental damage and marks are covered.. We are family with two young children at home and wanted that peace of mind … so we paid extra for the warranty… When our sofa got stained with colouring / glitter marks by our daughter, we tried to clean the marks with lotion provided…. Ended by calling Plush store to put in our claim - we were redirected to guardsman (third party) to submit our claim… and - guardsman have now rejected our claim ... read more
