Please be aware the insurance policy is not worth it. My lounge came with a few faults, they did not offer compensation for being without a lounge for 2 weeks. I had to haggle extremely hard. In the end they offered $250 store credit, i searched and found nothing for $250 at the store. The lounge is off poor quality made in China, I suggest you find another outlet but not Nick scali or plush.
We are in love with the couch it’s stunning!!!! The customer service was spot on, so helpful, emailed over the purchase order so quickly, I could just click and pay, couch came in 2 weeks - was overall the easiest transaction with the loveliest staff! I’m going back to purchase a second couch soon as well! AAA+
