Probably the worse service ever. The couch has been fully paid for. I kept receiving messages about the delivery date but no one arrived to deliver and when called their delivery team they kept saying they have some technical issue they can’t pull up the order. When called plush directly they were not answering have been trying since past 10 days now. Don’t buy or block your money here. BEWARE -Buying a sofa here will have a 50% chance of being faulty, then major to and fro hassles with their offshore "support" *Prepare for official "owner" reply . . . generated from their PR company* Misleading sales advice and a horrificly badly made and shipped couch. We had a great experience with Mickey who helped us find the right sofa, ottoman and armchair set and advised us on fabric, layout and other important factors. He was so helpful and we had other shops in our list to visit, but just ended up buying straight from here because of his great service, and the beautiful product. Communication post purchase was great too.
Posting this review because we purchased this sofa from Plush Preston and wanted to share our experience. We bought this sofa over 5 years ago, and the fabric has now become heavily discoloured. We recently contacted Plush about the issue, and the outcome was that the fading was attributed to UV exposure. My concern, and the reason for this review, is for anyone considering purchasing from Plush. Think twice if you're expecting long-term quality. Worst customer service do not get furniture from Plush or Nick Scarly as they are the same company as the warranty on their furniture is shit and they do not Cover anything and the leather is cheap and will not last even for one year we have contacted them with no help,re so do not get anything from them as they do not care about Their customers and the extend warranty does not cover anything either it is a waste of money, Go to someone else and be safer.
