Very very disappointed in the customer care from Plush delivery today. My delivery was scheduled for 7:15 - 10:15am, however the courier truck broke down and delivery cannot happen until tomorrow. I had taken an annual days leave which has cost me a significant amount of money. I recognize that break downs happen, but I cannot understand why an alternative delivery option could have been organized by the company throughout the day. Surely there are other trucks in Adelaide! I love my couches, they look stunning and are so comfortable. I keep coming back to Plush to buy my lounges, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Great service. Professional and friendly, and the help with fabric selection was much appreciated!
The chairs are lovely and we didn’t have to wait very long. Delivery driver put them together too which was great. Only issue was they didn’t deliver within the window and didn’t communicate that they weren’t going to but to be fair they waived the delivery fee as a result which was fantastic customer service
