Happy with kind service love my lounge from buying and delivery to query l needed very professional and honest.
Very happy with our experience with Plush. Staff was friendly and professional and kept us informed about when the furniture would arrive. Delivery guys were also friendly and professional taking great care not to damage anything when they delivered the furniture. Would be happy to recommend Plush Furniture also happy to go there again for any future requirements.
Very very disappointed in the customer care from Plush delivery today. My delivery was scheduled for 7:15 - 10:15am, however the courier truck broke down and delivery cannot happen until tomorrow. I had taken an annual days leave which has cost me a significant amount of money. I recognize that break downs happen, but I cannot understand why an alternative delivery option could have been organized by the company throughout the day. Surely there are other trucks in Adelaide!
