I purchased a sofa and clarified at the time of the order that a Saturday delivery would be OK, as this is one of my requirements due to my work arrangements. I was told it would be fine, but by the time the sofa was ready (it was delayed 2 weeks in transit) I was told by the call centre Saturday delivery was not available. We had a fantastic experience finding our new sofa, thanks entirely to Lisa. She was incredibly helpful, taking great care to show us numerous options until we found the perfect 2 and 3-seater set. The delivery was prompt and on time. Thank you so much—it was a pleasure!
