We had the most amazing experience with Claudia in store recently. She was so patient and informative, really taking the time to show us all of our options. This was our first experience with Plush and we absolutely will be raving about this store to everyone we know. We had previously been into a few other local furniture stores and safe to say they weren’t even close in terms of service and available options. We can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive.

Delivered and assembled as promised. Good to deal with. No fabric protection kit delivered, delivery driver promised to get it posted but Plush were unaware and we still use the sofa till the fabric protection is applied. Reception at Plush promised to call us back today with an update, no return call received.
