Great customer service from the start of when I placed my order update at 8 weeks then delivery would recommend if you’re looking for a sofa you can’t go past Plush North Lakes.
Took my parents here too look for a new Lounge and we couldn't have been happier with the service from Luke, We put that kid through absolute hell as we kept changing our mind with fabrics and Lounge sizing, But he was always extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend Luke enough for all future purchases.
Took ages for the couch to come-longer than was expected. With no phone call just an email to blame Covid. Couch has balls on it already Not very impressed.
Our new Plush lounge is beautiful! Staff were very patient & helpful with original decision making. It is a long wait after purchase (3 months) but worth it. The delivery guys were fantastic setting it all up for us.
Superb service from store entry, assistance in selection and ordering, purchasing to delivery. We love our lounge.
