Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience getting our lounge delivered today from plush Kotara. When we purchased the lounge it was mentioned we live on a steep block with stairs and difficult access and wrote this information on the sale form which was meant to be passed onto the delivery drivers. The delivery driver did not receive this information. However the delivery driver insisted on an early morning delivery at 05:30am which is in the dark (today is 1/7) and with a weather warning of an east coast low which the... read more
Fabulous lounge very happy with the end result. As for the customer service and very poor communication between the store, delivery service and numerous attempts to coordinate the delivery, we were disappointed.
Store staff and delivery staff were all outstanding in their work as well as being friendly and knowledgeable.
