Unfortunately we did not have a good experience getting our lounge delivered today from plush Kotara. When we purchased the lounge it was mentioned we live on a steep block with stairs and difficult access and wrote this information on the sale form which was meant to be passed onto the delivery drivers. The delivery driver did not receive this information. Fabulous lounge very happy with the end result. As for the customer service and very poor communication between the store, delivery service and numerous attempts to coordinate the delivery, we were disappointed.
Store staff and delivery staff were all outstanding in their work as well as being friendly and knowledgeable.
Brock our sales person provided exceptional service, he is an asset to your company. The delivery drivers were fantastic as well. We are super happy with our new lounge. We replaced our old Melbourne lounge for a new one, we love the design and quality of that lounge so much and nothing else competed.
Lounge really comfortable and great recliners. We got 3 recliners together and a single snug chair. Delivery was pretty easy. Took a while to get the order due to delays with cargo shipping, but app was helpful and staff confirmed date closer to time
