Bought a lounge from Brock at Kotara store on the Saturday, everything was good until I saw the price was reduced 2 days later on the Monday. Called the store to request them to honour the sale price, spoke with Brock and was told "No it can not be honoured as its too late". Since this call I have spoken to a another store manager and advised this is incorrect and it was still within "cooling off period". In store service was great and felt not at all rushed through the process of selecting the exact right item for my needs. Not cheap or fast but beautiful product and very happy with end result and excellent customer service. 5 stars for that part Delivery process was another experience completey. Constant text messages telling me what date and estimated time it would be delivered. We ordered a lounge but were not sure about the colour. There was no lounge of that particular colour on display only a small cushion. We Wanted silver grey and in the store the sample looked just like the colour we wanted. When I asked the sales person if I can borrow the samples and look at them at home (you are allowed to change the colour within 2 days of placing the order) he said that they are not allowed to do it.
