I’ve had the most horrible experience with customer service- I cancelled an order at the start of January (within the cooling off period) in person and via email where I was told by Elisabeth my order would be cancelled and I would receive a full refund. Two months later I am still waiting for my refund, leaving me in limbo & out of pocket. The ladies at the Moorabbin store were most helpful and provided a high level of service.
I purchased the snuggle armchair and ottoman and am loving it. The staff at Moorabbin store were very helpful in selection of leather and explaining the process. The delivery process was easy and the team came on time and were courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend.
