Nice and friendly staff who was helpful to provide advice and suggestions. The experience there was good. The couch bought is fantastic. I like it very much.
Q.1 Why does it take over ten weeks to deliver a bloody chair. Q.2 If the chair is in the country which i suspect it has been for ages, why don't I have it. Q.3 If my chair is in Melbourne why don't I have it. Q.4 Why after waiting nine weeks do i get a vague text msg dictating to me when a tentative date may or may not be convenient. Q.5 Why have this company required my deposit money for so long without providing the goods. I needed to find sofa to suit a small unit. The guys were extremely helpful as the sofa needed to go up 2 flight of stairs. The installers weren't to keen but got the job done. I was prewared about not being able to take the packaging. Am finding that difficult. The shop guys went out of the way to accommodate my requests and now have a lovely sofa. Thanks again for looking after our requirements.. Brenton
