Great shopping experience and even though it took a while for our couch, we are so very happy with our choice and the couch 😊
Initially, a reasonably positive experience with Plush Mile End (Richard) in terms of product knowledge and helpful service. How this all changed, particularly with the delivery of our couches. 6 times over 3 weeks our delivery was cancelled, often less than an hour before the scheduled time. No call, just a SMS to say ‘your delivery has been rebooked’ which was a date of their choosing. Call to change to a suitable day, rearrange work, only for it to be cancelled again (and again).
