Purchased 2 leather sofas in may 21. When arrived 3 months later on unpacking were found to be damaged. After a month of arguing they agreed to replace. 38 weeks later still waiting and still can't tell us when we receive. After numerous calls to customer care line as well as to the midland store but the manager (Chris) hasnt once taken the time to call to try to help and resolve, we have now had to take to the ACCC. Avoid midland plush at all costs.
Good old fashioned service with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble and an excellent knowledge of the product. Well Done.
We purchased 2 leather sofas from Midlands Plush about 5 months ago and recently got a call from Plush informing us our sofas had arrived but our re-payment options using the Humm Credit Card had been changed from 48months interest free to 24 months interest free . I was asked if we still wanted the sofas otherwise they will cancel the order. Very disappointed with this type of service and a change in payment options which were agreed on. Will not be using Plush again and feel really let down.
