Went into store and browsed, shortly after I was approached by a sales assistant asking if they could help me I said not at the moment and she followed up with, we’re here to help so just come and get me when you want to. I like this approach, not pushy but available! I had questions, she answered and then we continued to browse. We are very pleased with our new Cooper sofa, the comfort level of which has exceeded our expectations. The colour fits in very well with our existing furniture and so far our cat has not tested his claws on the especially chosen close weave fabric. So altogether we are delighted with our purchase and the efficient and helpful way that Clair and the Plush staff assisted with it.
Beautiful, extremely comfortable sofa. Excellent quality. Peter from Plush was a delight and kept me informed of delivery dates. Even the guys who delivered the couch, assembled it and took all the packaging outside which was so helpful. Highly recommend Plush to anyone looking for a high-quality sofa.
