From my initial greeting from Kate , I have had the best experience . I found a sofa I love , from quote to purchase , and then delivery , everything was exactly what she said . I was kept in the loop in the process and could not be happier with my gorgeous sofa . Kate is such an asset to plush , friendly , knowledgeable and professional . Thank you !
