Good service and great lounges.
Plush Marion are happy to sell to you advising they have 10 year warranty - we have only had our leather lounge just over 4 years and it is sagging so much we are not able to sit in it as it is so uncomfortable. We contacted the team under warranty and they deemed it wear and tear. The leather is perfect but the inner is what has all given way, how can this be wear and tear - terrible customer service. I would not buy from Plush again. We have had our leather lounge for just over 4 years and it has sagged so bad that it is so uncomfortable to sit in we no longer use the three seater. We contacted Plush to submit a warranty ticket but they closed the case as "wear & tear". I don't understand how this can be "wear and tear" as a lounge is meant to be sat in and not sag after such a short amount of time.
