Great service — the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. The delivery experience was faultless as well: polite, professional, and efficient. I’m absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new couch; it’s truly stunning. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to streamline the current payment process, which felt a little clunky. Otherwise, a fantastic experience all round!
Very nice suite and good quality. Delivery My only issue was with the delivery which took some time and dates were changed 3 times . But the delivery people went the extra mile and took great care when bringing upstairs .
I love my couch, my only problem was getting rid of the packaging. I phoned knox after a text to have the packaging picked up by an external environment concious company. I phoned the store and was told it was delivered with only the plastck and foam no box. I had to go to tge tip after I cut up the box. Not happy
Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very happy with new couch.
