Called in with a friend whilst I was visiting Brisbane and Rhonda was so lovely and helpful that I decided to buy a sofa yo be delivered from the Townsville store to my home in Airlie Beach. Very good service and also the delivery guys were great. My only one small issue was trying to pay for the item online via a link sent to customers whereby payment is made. I had problems making the payment and when I enquired with Plush, the staff member told me this is a recurring problem. Otherwise all great!
Stay away from Plush Sofas. I purchased a sofa worth nearly $7,000, and after just 4 years, the leather started peeling. When I made a warranty claim, they refused it, saying the damage was caused by “excessive body oil and dirt.” That’s completely unreasonable — it’s a sofa, not something you need to shower before sitting on.
