Customer service was below average . Found the same sofa I bought two days later for $200 or so less and when I called them and advised them they said they cannot give me a reduction on the cost. Wouldn’t be buying from them again .Some of their customer service agents come across as quite arrogant and the service leaves a lot to be desired . Absolutely awful service and unbelievably rude staff. We ordered a couch and paid for installation, but when it arrived, they just dumped it and left without assembling anything. When we called to follow up, they completely denied any responsibility. One team blamed another, and they kept kicking the ball around like it was a joke. No one cared, no one helped.
