Great communication with the Jindalee Store.
Customer service was below average . Found the same sofa I bought two days later for $200 or so less and when I called them and advised them they said they cannot give me a reduction on the cost. Wouldn’t be buying from them again .Some of their customer service agents come across as quite arrogant and the service leaves a lot to be desired . Let’s hope their sofas outlast their customer service . Fyi sofas are made overseas and been waiting since May for delivery it’s been already pushed back once . So I haven’t even receiv... read more
