Don't buy from here. They may sell sofa,s that look great in the shop but trust me, we bought ours 6 months ago still in our lounge, poor quality sagging material nothing like one in shop, they do not off money back tell you lies about their system being down. Don't fall for this rubbish. Awful company. Were disputing on our visa card now, they know the law and still ignore it
Showroom staff great but delivery disgusting! AVOID!! Disgusting experience with delivery!! Spent over 8k on a new Lounge, supposed to be delivered mid July, we are now end of August with no lounge in sight. Received delivery date messages for 2x separate dates, took days off work to be there- nothing turned up and no correspondence. Phoned, numerous times, no call backs (so 1.5hrwait on hold), no answers other than we will get back to you. Then I am supposed to pay $191 for a delivery ‘service’. We decided it was time to upgrade our lounge so went to Jindalee Furniture Store plush. We spent over and hour in the shop trying out all the different sofas and after finally deciding which one we loved spent another 1/2 hour with the staff deciding on the configuration 😂 Rhonda was an absolute super star and was so helpful. We are so happy with our “Oakden” lounge. Everyone comments on the gorgeous colour and how comfortable it is to sit on. Thanks again to Rhonda and all the team at Plush Jindalee
