Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The house wasn’t ready, yet we were still forced to pay and accept delivery. Communication was a nightmare — unresponsive, disorganised, and frankly unprofessional. The despatch team was rude, careless, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. Harsh, inflexible, and shockingly bad service from start to finish. Avoid this company at all costs — I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Awesome service from plush Jindalee we had an unusual shaped lounge room and got a modular, the sales person was super helpful in ensuring our Couch configuration worked for our space. Double checking measurements and talking through our needs to find the perfect fit. The delivery was great too so much communication arriving on time, the drivers installed the modular quickly and were neat and professional. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks plush team.
From spending hours with us in the showroom, to delivery time everything was perfect. Very very patient team members, great communication, polite delivery guys. I would totally head to plush to buy again if needed
