I went into the Gepps cross this morning ,, I spoke to Shane ,, absolutely brilliant!!!, clean, understanding, Wish all sales people ,were like him ,, I will go back , just because of his mannerisms,, well done Shane , you have put my faith in salesnen again
Went in the store today, only one in there,three staff members.....two talking & one on her phone & not ONE of them acknowledged me or bothered to ask to assist me !!! Disgusting service, never again.

Was promised sofa in one week as it was in stock so the story went. 3-4 months later as twice the delivery date got pushed out. Each time I called the store they blamed someone else. Love the sofa not the store
