Ordered the Ella 2 Seater, 3 seater & ottoman from Plush in Gepps Cross. Really beautiful couch, very comfortable & the staff were great to deal with. They even assisted with colour selection & didn’t mind me bringing in samples of my other fabrics to match. Delivery was simple, the boys arrived earlier than expected and had the whole thing set up and ready in good time. Can’t wait to order from plush again!
The guys at Plush Gepps Cross were great. They helped me pick my lounge and offered advise on colours. They kept me up to date and informed about when my item was due to be delivered. Very very helpful.
It was a nice shopping experience, I was given time to look around and felt no pressure about making a quick decision. The order process was smooth and well explained. Only downside is the long wait times for the couches but this was explained to us upon ordering.
What I loved about plush Gepos cross was they kept me informed the whole way! Delivered on time and a wonderful product ( leather reclining lounge)
Our experience buying a sofa at Plush Gepps Cross was really positive. Daniel at was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent. The communication at each stage of the ordering process was great. However, we didn't experience the same with the delivery timing. Despite the late arrival, the guys who installed our couch into the living room were efficient. We love our couch! Thank you!
