Terrible Customer service, the sales person was unpleasant. I spent more on a similar product at another store nearby because of this one person's poor attitude.
I came into this store looking for recliner that I eventually purchased. I came into the store with my walker, explaining to the sales people that I have a heart condition that requires me to lie down so I will be needing a good recliner for spending extended periods of time in. Despite this, they reccomended a recliner that has a large hole between the back of the couch and base of the couch, big enough for my hips to fall down into.
