Love our new lounge. Plush was really great to deal with. Great service especially from Raul (Canberra). Well informed. Kept well updated.
We were so pleased with our new sofas. They gave a new modern feel to our lounge room. The delivery guys were excellent!!
Very poor service and I would recommend going elsewhere. I placed an order and paid in full, and I am still waiting for a couch nearly 6 months later. I was sent a text saying it was because the freight forwarder and customer agent had gone into administration. The text was very condescending/scam-like and it made out Plush to be the heroes of the situation (said they were able to secure many freights but mine?). This is despite no couch, and having to consistently ring to get an update. Please go elsewhere....
Such an easy process. Highly recommended.
