Great support an timely communication on our new sofa
2000 dollar recliner broken on delivery. Looks like it's come like this from the factory which is extremely disappointing. The previous reviews of faulty sofas appear to experience a long winded resolution process, hopefully this is not the case. Will update the post when it is complete.
After my purchase at your Fyshwick store, I was surprised at the quality which lives up to its name - so very happy as I am a pensioner and saved up for something of good value. It really makes a wonderful addition to my home. Many thanks Janis.
