Once they have your money any care is gone. Paid for premium delivery, no display of sofa working, headrest won't open, delivery team said it was working when delivered. No display given. A refund on the crappy delivery should be given. Remember you need customers to sustain a business, seems Plush think different. Bunch of cowboys.
We are long term customers of Plush, having spent over $6000 here in the past. Recently we went to purchase a coffee table and matching side table. We were asked whether we would like to pick up the table or have delivery. The assistant provided the dimensions of the boxes so we could ensure it would fit in our small car, but we advised her it may take 2 or 3 trips. Customer service 1 star, staff are so rude. Disappointed you can't pick up, you HAVE to pay for delivery. Quality of product is good.
