Saba was so helpful! She made finding the right sofa size for our home completely seamless. She took the time to explain every custom option thoroughly and was incredibly accommodating when it came to working around my strict delivery constraints. The sofa itself looks and feels so good.

We were served by Pooja. She was amazing! Her product knowledge was outstanding and she was very helpful in coming up with suggestions to help suit our needs regarding measurements/space of the room and leather covering options. She was also very patient as we decided on colour and sizes of the sofas we we were looking at. I highly recommend if you're buying a lounge from Plush Casula, to ask for Pooja!!
