I found the staff very helpful in selecting the best lounge for me and were accommodating when I borrowed the colour samples so I can match my dining chairs to the lounge thank you to the staff at plush at the crossroads shopping centre
The team were friendly enough in store and provided a quote in a timely manner. Unfortunately the sale ended before I could action the quote and the sales team followed up to re-quote. I missed the call due to work commitments and when ringing back to discuss I was told that they couldn’t transfer calls and ‘if it was important the I would get a call back from the sales person’. This is not the experience I would expect when talking about quotes in excess of $4,000 for lounges.
Had an amazing experience here was served by Lili. She was very patience kind understanding and helpful. All staff were kind and accomodating for me and my 6 month old while we were shopping. Left happy and with what I wanted.
Wonderful experience at Casula Plush today. Lili was our salesperson. She had fantastic knowledge of the ranges and really listened to our needs and wants so we could narrow down the selection. Lili also took time in helping us deciding a colour to suit our house for our sofa. Highly recommend. And Thank you Lili.
