Very disappointed with our experience. My elderly parents purchased a sofa set from Plush/Nick Scali and one of the sofas was confirmed as faulty after inspection. Despite this, the matter has now been ongoing for over two months with repeated delays, poor communication, and promised callbacks that never occurred. We were advised that replacement parts would not even arrive until the end of May, yet no meaningful resolution has been provided. The most amazing service received today from Saba. Anyone wanting to buy a lounge, go and see this amazing patient and customer focused manager. What a lounge we got too. It's called the Oakden. The feel and features are so cool There are many lounges on the market, but this one has 2 memory settings (like seat memory in a car). Thank you Saba for your amazing level of service and for showing us a wonderful lounge suite. 🫂
