Great experience with Francine, she was so helpful and customer focused. Spent plenty of time with us to make sure our purchase was exactly what we wanted. Delivery was a little tricky but Francine got that sorted out as well. Very happy with our couch.
The customer service in non existent. There was no option to pick up the floor stock that we purchased, instead we had to wait over 2 weeks to have the privilege of paying $85 for a non negotiable delivery date with the option to pay double if we didn't agree with their scheduled date. It was a one way street. All about them and no consideration for the customer. I would give them no stars if there was the option!
We visited Plush at Caringbah when we decided to purchase a new lounge. We found the sales person Jennifer, very polite and helpful. All our questions about size ,colour and availability were answered without any pressure on us . When we decided on a lounge suite, Jennifer double checked all details with us before we signed the invoice. We were very pleased with the excellent service from Jennifer. Michele
