Excellent service and product
The team at Capalaba are exceptional with knowledge of their product and customer service. I went into store a few times to get a feel for the lounges, was treated respectfully everytime. When we decided what lounge would suit us, after talking to staff, we were shown a completely different lounge but it proved to be out perfect lounge. Delivery was perfect, we were kept informed through whole process. The delivery guys set up our lounge, they were clean , tidy and nice guys Would thoroughly recommend Plush
Our experience with Capalaba Plush Sofas was great; from the moment we stepped in the showroom to delivery of our lounge chair. We chose the fabric because we have cats & it has been wonderful with our pets. Highly recommend!
We love the lounge but the after sales service is zero, the installers have not installed the batteries properly and the batteries we were advised to get were promised to hold 3 months charge and barely get 3 uses out of. The sales woman was incredibly pushy and full on so would recommend finding one of the staff who actually listen rather than talk over the top of you. Again, love the lounge but not sure we would visit the capalaba store for future purchases.
