Great service, and a friendly smile
Great service by Lawrence and team at Capalaba But our experience with delivery was a challenge! The link updating delivery time was not accurate
Excellent customer service. Sales staff were informative and not pushy in any way. Communication was good from ordering to delivery. Would be great if the delivery time frame could be quicker from placing of order (12 weeks) but understand that seems standard with made to order furniture.
Nice furniture. Terrible policy on buying 'off the floor stock'. Priced as off the floor, last one of a stopped line of product. But, you have to pay now, and cant take it! Have to wait 1-2 weeks and then have to have it delivered. Can't take it with you or collect. So it stays on the floor for other people to sit on whilst the store organises another product to sit in its place. It's only a small chair!
