We love the lounge but the after sales service is zero, the installers have not installed the batteries properly and the batteries we were advised to get were promised to hold 3 months charge and barely get 3 uses out of. The sales woman was incredibly pushy and full on so would recommend finding one of the staff who actually listen rather than talk over the top of you. Again, love the lounge but not sure we would visit the capalaba store for future purchases.

An enjoyable experience wish no pressure fo make a sale and detailed information about the lounges we were interested in. We eventually purchased two lounges.
Excellent efficient service. Lawrence was extremely helpful and worked with us to decide the best sofa for us. Would highly recommend this store.
