Came in to have a look around, Jade was beyond amazing and left us to browse without bombarding us. We found one we liked - her product knowledge and customer service is an asset to your company. Yes the lead time is long (very accurate lead time) but you get what you pay for. The quality and comfort is mind blowing - its well worth the wait! The delivery guys were great! Fantastic service by Campbell, he showed us how we could design the lounge the way we wanted, We love our Atlanta lounge
In store was great. I was there at open. Campbell was great, left me alone to search around and only came over when I was ready(Really appreciate not being hounded like in other stores) The couches are more on the expensive end, but you get what you pay for definitely. Very nice set. Delivery was up to 10 weeks(I received at week 9) Delivery was a bit of a shambles. Timings were well off and the guys that arrived did their best to get in and out quick as they still had jobs on. They seem over worked and underpaid. They do a ... read more
