We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Plush. As soon as we received our couch, we realised the back of the chaise was broken. A technician came out and confirmed it had clearly been broken and repaired before being delivered to us. Despite this, Plush refused to replace it and said they would only repair it. The sale was easy however it wasn’t explained to me that the sofa wasn’t battery operated and wasnt advised at point of sale that if I wanted a battery I would need to order from another company. I have the battery however having difficulties with it
