We ordered and purchased a new sofa from Plush Belrose. Unfortunately, the incorrect configuration was delivered instead of the one we had originally agreed to. While this was frustrating, the attentiveness and professionalism of the entire Plush team made the process straightforward and stress-free. A special thank you to Gus and Matt for helping us through the whole process. If we were to purchase another sofa, we would happily return to Plush Belrose.
