The staff at Plush were very helpful in the Belrose store, the delivery guys were great, everything arrived on time. We love the couch, the leather is buttery soft and super comfortable.
The sales people were pleasant however the whole process was far from enjoyable Too many rules … didn’t accept cash, warnings to pay balance or face delivery re booking fees warning to cancelling delivery dates … all very alienating…. Probably wouldn’t shop here again just based on the whole experience not the product
I bought two 2.5-seater sofas from Plush for over $7,000. One of the sofas had a slightly bent steel frame, the other seemed ok. I reported the defective sofa and shortly after delivery they came, inspected the sofa, admitted liability, agreed to have the sofa replaced and told me to keep using it until a replacement arrives. That was very kind of them and appreciated. While using the sofa and waiting for the replacement to arrive, both my wife and I, found it stiff and uncomfortable to sit on.
