Great quality of furniture. Thanks to Jason who was happy to answer all my questions. Decided to shop here after having issues across the road at Harvey Norman. Large floor stock. Excellent customer service. Many text messages and calls from the store in regards to eta on delivery date. The delivery and set up by the delivery men were also a huge bonus. Will come back in future
Ballarat Plush “furniture store” is very professional and caring of their customers. We weren’t rushed in to our decision and were left alone in the furniture store after shown many options to make our own decision. It is a long wait to receive your furniture after ordering but is now worth it, very pleased with our 2 couches.
We actually visited this store by accident but the entire team were so welcoming and knowledgeable - they made the decision to purchase from Plush an easy one! Highly recommended
