Purchased a Plush Vancouver leather lounge suite delivered in October 2020. At the time of sale, staff repeatedly promoted a “10-year warranty” with no mention of the heavy pro-rata contributions or the difficulties in claiming on leather issues. I bought a sofa from Christine in 2011... imagine my surprise when I walked in for a replacement earlier this year and she managed to not only remember my order, but also the colour! She made some recommendations that would our suit our limited space, so we also ended purchasing a storage ottoman.
