Although I didn't end up purchasing anything, I wanted to recognise Hana from Plush Auburn for her excellent customer service. She was incredibly professional, patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different products without making me feel pressured. I was genuinely interested in purchasing, but unfortunately, the measurements didn't work for my space and there wasn't a suitable alternative. Regardless, Hana was fantastic and absolutely deserves the recognition. Thank you!
The Positives: --- Christine was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. A true salesperson with a genuine interest to find a solution to your needs rather being pushy. --- Showroom is neatly presented and tidy. --- Frequent delivery updates. Sofa arrived after 8 weeks from date of purchase. The Negatives: --- The buying process was WAY TOO COMPLICATED! Purchased a Plush Vancouver leather lounge suite delivered in October 2020. At the time of sale, staff repeatedly promoted a “10-year warranty” with no mention of the heavy pro-rata contributions or the difficulties in claiming on leather issues. I bought a sofa from Christine in 2011... imagine my surprise when I walked in for a replacement earlier this year and she managed to not only remember my order, but also the colour! She made some recommendations that would our suit our limited space, so we also ended purchasing a storage ottoman.
