She went above and beyond to help me find the right couches, patient and no pressure to make a decision. She understands the different use of couches and helps explain the most appropriate choice. Will definitely be back! Dixon was so supportive and amazing customer service. He assisted with the payment and all administrative process, easy and quick.
So far the sofa buying experience is good.Hana looked after us and was very patient. We did visit multiple times before finalizing on the size and other things. Hana was supportive each time and not pushy like other usual sales people. We would definitely visit to purchase more items.
