The delivery process through this comprehensive is abysmal.... staff service in store was ok but delivery is a nightmare
The staff were friendly and not pushy, unlike most other stores we visited. Our plush lounge is still comfy after 15+ years. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service - Christine from the Auburn store helped us buy our new lounge. Such an amazing lady ! She detailed out all the features of the lounge and also helped us in selecting the right fabric. We were in 2 minds about the colour but she was extremely patient with us and accommodated all our changes.
