I bought a sofa from Christine in 2011... imagine my surprise when I walked in for a replacement earlier this year and she managed to not only remember my order, but also the colour! She made some recommendations that would our suit our limited space, so we also ended purchasing a storage ottoman. I can't tell you how impressed we are with the service of this store. The consultant, Hana, helped us initially in Nov last year.
