I bought a sofa from Christine in 2011... imagine my surprise when I walked in for a replacement earlier this year and she managed to not only remember my order, but also the colour! She made some recommendations that would our suit our limited space, so we also ended purchasing a storage ottoman. Many thanks to Christine for taking the time with us, order arrived ahead of schedule- truly a credit to Plush Auburn!

I can't tell you how impressed we are with the service of this store. The consultant, Hana, helped us initially in Nov last year. Although we didn't decide to purchase at that time, when we came back in February, we found the couch of our dreams - thanks to the amazing Hana, who remembered us! When I visited Plush looking for a sofa, the sales person was Anmol. I found him helpful without being pushy. He put up with me, as i kept changing my mine, he was extremely patient. I love the sofa. The delivery guys, were also polite and helpful.
