We had a great experience at Plush Aspley with Meryl ! She has a wealth of knowledge with the patience of a saint.. perfect for picking the perfect couch.
When it comes to sales they are amazing. When it comes to service after sale, they try all tricks to wash their hands of. The warranty is not 10 years as they advertise, it's actually 5. Our Sofa's frame changed shape and they told us being 7 years old sofa, you need to pay 70% of the repair cost (pages 41 of the warranty) and call out fees of $85.
Super friendly staff. Not pushy like other places.
