I purchased a sofa from Plush Sofas Aspley on 10 November, with delivery scheduled for January 2026. At the time of purchase, the sales representative assured me that Plush Sofas looks after its customers and that if the price dropped during the Black Friday or Boxing Day sales, I would receive a credit note. The price of the sofa has since been reduced by around $700, but customer service is now saying they do not price match beyond two days and that they cannot honour what was promised at the time of sale. We have purchased many of our lounges through Plush over the years and today I must say the experience AI received over the telephone, I wont be back at this store. The person on the other end of the phone was not helpful and rude. Not the end experience I was expecting or wanting.

Staff seem nice, but will upsell you on absolutely everything without mentioning the fine print, like the fact that the expensive optional 5 year warranty covers ONE claim over 5 years, and that using the sofa as a sofa instead of a display piece means that they will classify almost everything as wear and tear and not honour the warranty anyway.
