Simple and easy at Plush Albury. We came into the store just to see what types of sofas they had, and with the helpful service from Tracy, we walked out as new owners of a beautiful addition to our home. In addition the delivery service was top notch as we could track the delivery truck as it worked its way across town. So we knew exactly when they would arrive.
Tracey has been fantastic with our sofa purchase. We have been in store three times before we made our decision and Tracey always kept us informed of any deals and was never pushy until we were ready to purchase.
Tracey my salesperson was awesome !! Very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed and I did visit twice before I decided. She was so helpful and relatable . I’m very happy with my purchase I bought 2 x Munich sofa beds in oyster and also a Munich couch . They look great in my rooms - the delivery was reliable and very professional. Overall a great experience and I would recommend plush Albury and Tracey
