Worst credit union I have ever dealt with. I was charged $9000 extra On my auto loan because my full coverage insurance from Allstate had a mistake in the lean holder. I had full coverage insurance the entire time. It was actually double covered for a while. Stay away from these guys. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.
The reviews are true and management is a replica of it white guy act like he didn't hear me talking to him..never experienced that from a financial institution but obviously they are allowed to treat customers like that.
I Just want to say that every time I come to location I get great service from swadesh with that southern accent she always goes above and be beyond to help me. Her smile is always so warming and she is always so pleasant to me and other members when I'm there... She's always so knowledgeable when ever I had a questions and so patient with this old man...but if I could give her 20stars I would.
You can never get ahold of anyone to help you with anything please don’t don business with this company
They do not answer phone calls, nor do they return phone calls. My wife has been trying to contact them for weeks now to no avail. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
