Vithu is great. He takes time to explain things and offers a comprehensive approach that includes exercises to do at home.

Was recommended to see Vithu for some hip impingement issues. Vithu was very thorough in his assessment and treatment of my issues and gave me multiple exercises to complete prior to my workouts for gaining mobility and reducing discomfort during heavy squats and deadlifts.
