Excellent team to work with, Mary and Jonathan went above and beyond and accommodated my urgent requirement to review , advise and sign the loan documents. The financier is in VIC, the property in WA, and I am at NSW, the loan document routing is complex, as WA requires some to be wet signed. The loan documents were sent to Mary in the afternoon thereafter worked with us late in the evening to complete. Truly appreciate their dedication to get the work done on such short notice.
