I have been working with them since 2018 and I have consistently done so since then. I enjoy working with them and they know their stuff!
The guy who did my taxes is rude and lied constantly about everything . I called him to talk to him and he talked to me very rude and disrespectful. This was my first and last time ever dealing with them . I can’t believe this has happened. The audacity to yell at me after you lied not once not twice but constantly
I seriously need to warn everyone about this horrible tax service experience. I gave them a star rating, but honestly, they don't deserve any. I only tried them because my husband said they were okay before, but for me, it was a total nightmare. They hit me with a $699.00 service fee right off the bat, which they never mentioned until I was deep into the process. It's way too much, and there was zero transparency.
