PlusMotif was responsive the same day and upfront about the difficulty to deliver a custom made wedding dress but, that they would most certainly try. 24 hours later they replied they could not deliver in the short time frame, fully refunded me immediately and wished me the best. We were a little hesitant to purchase my daughter's wedding dress online but we found her dream dress (which has been pinned on her Pinterest board for a few years) on this companies website and decided to take the chance.
