Poor customer service…the guy at front desk was so rude
During my recent visit to the store, a customer approached the cashier with a question about a clothing. While the request may not have been perfectly worded, it was clear the customer was just trying to get a bit of help. Instead of responding with patience or even a simple follow-up question, the cashier immediately became loud and dismissive, acting as though the customer had said something outrageous.
