The host was awesome! He was very friendly and gave me directions and tips, as well as some fun info on the benefits of sauna cold plunging.
I got invited to attend one of the business gatherings that they host every week on Friday. And it was only 25 bucks and it was absolutely phenomenal. I'm really considering buying the membership. The only bad thing is I live in Saratoga Springs. I really wish I was still living in South Salt Lake. Highly recommend it. Ronnie is awesome.
Get so much out of the sauna/plunge experience. This is a great location with some awesome programs! Brian is awesome! 100% recommend.
Love this place. Feel so good after. Kyndra was the best host. So personable and friendly.
Kyndra made our session so great!
