Here at plunge we take recovery very seriously. We strongly believe the quicker and faster you can recover, the more time you can spend training or simply doing more of what makes you happy. We are Adelaide's first official Plunge pool recovery room but it doesn’t stop there, we also have; Saunas, compression sessions and massage therapists. If you take training seriously then you should most definitely take your recovery just as seriously.

What an incredible facility! My favourite part is the community; everyone is friendly, happy, and you can genuinely feel that they want to be there.
