Here at plunge we take recovery very seriously. We strongly believe the quicker and faster you can recover, the more time you can spend training or simply doing more of what makes you happy. We are Adelaide's first official Plunge pool recovery room but it doesn’t stop there, we also have; Saunas, compression sessions and massage therapists. If you take training seriously then you should most definitely take your recovery just as seriously.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Plunge Recovery – this place is a game changer! I came in post-game feeling heavy and sore, and walked out feeling completely recharged. The recovery setup is top-notch. From the pools, to the infrared sauna, and compression boots – everything is designed to hit all the right recovery points. Such a welcoming place. The environment was so relaxing and calming during my recovery session and team bonding session with my rugby team. We used the compression legs, infrared sauna and the pools. I would 100% recommend to everyone I know
What a fantastic option for wellness, especially if you have aches and pains. I started off with a sauna and then plunged into cold and hot water for another 30 mins. At 7% water very cold and not done easily. 14% much better but still mind over matter. I did this in the lead up to my Daffodil Plunge fund raiser for cancer on the 17th Aug 2025 off Porties jetty
