Plunge has fantastic facilities, and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Love the sauna, compression therapy, and pools-they're perfect for relaxation and relieving stress. My 12-year-old son loves coming here too! Highly recommended.
Today I visited plunge recovery for the first time and it was simply amazing! The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable about the benefits of the cold/hot contrast. My mate and I hit the traditional sauna first, which was clean and hot! Around 85-90degrees. We then hit the pools and rotated through cold and hot and now I feel a million dollars! Will definitely be back.
Plunge Recovery at Somerton Park is a great setup. Having four different pools makes the experience so much better because you can move between different temperatures rather than just having a single cold plunge. I really enjoy the contrast between the pools. The cold water leaves you feeling incredibly refreshed, while moving into the warmer water afterwards is relaxing and feels great on tired muscles.
