I had such a great experience here I did the sauna and hot/ cold plunge then went home and slept like a baby, whether it’s early in the morning or evening before bed it sets me up for a perfect high energy day and the best sleep of my life. Every time I have sore muscles from work this is the first place I think of it completely puts my muscles at ease more so than getting a massage such a great idea love this place
Plunge Recovery is a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere with a community aspect built in. The staff are so kind and helpful and I always leave feeling refreshed.
The team and the facilities at Plunge are first class. Great plunge pools and saunas. After exercising I always feel a million times better after doing a recovery session there 🙌
