Here at plunge we take recovery very seriously. We strongly believe the quicker and faster you can recover, the more time you can spend training or simply doing more of what makes you happy. We are Adelaide's first official Plunge pool recovery room but it doesn’t stop there, we also have; Saunas, compression sessions and massage therapists. If you take training seriously then you should most definitely take your recovery just as seriously.

I have been coming to plunge now for just under 2 years in the morning. I have a full body compression sequence and then follow it up with a sauna. I spend most of Saturday morning at your facility and I am more than happy with the results that I get. I thank you kindly to Ben and the whole team for making me feel more than welcome and at ease..
