We recently booked a private session for our staff. The booking process was a breeze with brilliant communication from Dea to accommodate our needs and to ensure a positive experience. For many of our staff, it was their first visit to Plunge, Dea's attention to detail and encouragement, made for a brilliant visit. The facilities are fantastic, the service was exceptional and we will be back! Thanks team :)
Fantastic plunge recovery session this morning. The contrast between the cold and hot pools, followed by the barrel sauna, was exactly what my body needed. Finished with the compression boots and walked out feeling wonderfully energetic and fully recovered. A must-do for any active person!
TLDR: Highly recommend! Amazing service and facilities. Booked a compression session for my first visit. Dee was incredibly comfortable on welcome, and throughout the whole experience. Dee was wonderful with finding the right fit for my leg compression sleeves (and she disinfected any sleeve I was in touch with; for anyone concerned). There was an "air valve" issue with my first pair; which Dee compensated by adding a credit to my account due to the lack of continuity of that particular session.
