My husband and I randomly stopped in to check out the Cyro plunge not knowing what is was prior. After learning about the benefits of the Cryp Plunge we decided to go for it. After my experience I have recommended doing the plunge to everyone I know!! The staff was amazing and the experience was one of a kind!! I felt great, refreshed and rejuvenated!
My daughter had recently had surgery and to say I was exhausted was a huge understatement. My body was just drained and I want just run down. When I came in Mike and his staff were so welcoming. They were so willing to offer knowledge (as i didnt know much) walk me through each thing they offered and offered suggestions to best fit my needs.
