Had a wonderful massage done by May yesterday, she was so lovely and gave me a blanket and turned on the heater when i said i was cold! Lovely experience with the receptionist too!
The staff and service are amazing every time I go. The package deals are wonderful value. I love the fact they do health find rebates and it is never a problem to doit. I have been a happy customer for many years. I highly recommend.
Service was terrible. First - I asked if they except health fund, she said yes but had no idea how to do it !? The massage was pathetic, it felt rushed, she left the room a few times and didn't add extra time for her absence. She was speaking loudly to the other staff whilst giving me a massage. If I could, I'd ask for my money back.!! I will Not be returning..
