I'd like to thank Lyric at the Carson City office for helping me with a matter that was outside of banking needs. She was able to direct me to where and what I needed and I very much appreciate that courtesy and service. I have banked here for years and she always calls me by name when I walk in the branch even though most of my transactions are done at the atm. Thank You Lyric!
