Needed equity line loan for upgrade projects. Started with an unnamed national Mtg. company. They were slow, then came back with offer that didn't come near stated objectives. On advice of a trusted loan official, my wife and I spoke with Ian at Plumas Bank. He took our information and immediately went to work. I first went to Plumas Bank for a HELOC. While HELOC's are always a long process, Ian, the Chico branch manager, made it super easy. And once the HELOC was ready, I had checks right away. Also, I forgot a check I needed for my contractor one day, but I was able to go into the bank and get a cashier's check for no extra cost, and it only took a few minutes.
