I recently moved to an area where there are no Plumas Bank branches. Therefore I reluctantly had to close my account. I always had consistently excellent customer service from all the employees at Plumas Bank Truckee. Also their branch is clean and welcoming.They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Thank you Plumas Bank.
There ain't anything like a local bank and with Plumas, it doesn't matter if you go to the Truckee or Tahoe or Reno branch, you always feel at home. My actual home branch is Truckee and it's always so wonderful when I call with a need or question that Liz or Kaitlin can take the time to help me. The entire staff is wonderful and I wish I could recommend Plumas Bank with higher star's than a 5. OH YEA, LORI IS GREAT ALSO
