Not too happy with Plumas Bank right now. We have a total of eight accounts with them and have been there a long time, but they are going in the wrong direction as far as customer service. One, you are now forced to choose between paper and electronic statements whereas until recently you could have access to both. Our companies need the paper copies and the accountant needs the electronic file, so we need both. Don’t appreciate getting keys thrown at me while I’m signing paperwork and getting rude comments about my husband
My experience has always been great. The staff are kind and helpful. I even kept them when moving five hours away. I am sorry that someone felt cheated by them. I am sure if what you say is accurate then go and sit down and talk to them.
Everyone is helpful and delightful. And they listen to great music. Thanks you guys
