came in to deposit a check and the teller was super helpful and real nice, took care of everything quick and didnt make me feel rushed or anything. the lobby is cozy enough for a small town bank but the parking lot kinda sucks cause theres only like four spots. good place to bank if you live in the area, only complaint is i wish they were open a little later on weekdays

bit of a letdown. looked fine but the service was slow and nobody really seemed to care
Great local bank. Helpful and proactive
Love the Portola branch. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Rachel, Matthew, Cammie, Aubrey, are all wonderful. We are so fortunate to have such a quality bank in our community.
