Came in from out of town having trouble taking out ATM withdrawals for a gift for my mother. Holly welcomed me in as a non-account holder and was incredibly helpful in getting what I needed even with my bank giving trouble. I will reference this bank and Holly to anyone that will listen. I have never "loved" a bank as I love Plumas. Because I moved where there are no branches I had to close my account. I was helped by both Halen and Helen. They are helpful and efficient. I also want to thank all the employees at the Truckee branch. Thank you Plumas Bank for consistently excellent customer service. I wish they had a branch nearby.
Holly is absolutely amazing! Super friendly and professional. If you're going to do any business here I would suggest asking for Holly because she knows what she's doing.
Every time I come in to this branch, I am overwhelmed by how considerate and on top of things everyone is. Special recognition to Holly, Lucy and Hagen out front, and Kyle behind the scenes. I love this bank.
