I've been a customer with Plumas Bank for over 40 years I've always have had great friendly service. Anytime I have a problem they are right there to help fix the issue. I've watched the bank grow from Quincy to Portola and now they are all over the northern California area. Slow controlled growth is what they do and it works very well.
Every teller, every associate every BANK manager and assistant manager, is nothing but professional, kind, efficient, and always ready to listen to any questions that I may have… after those sudden passing of manager, Shane, every employee has stepped up above and beyond to make sure the transition kind is easy on all clients and customers… Samantha, CAIT & Savanna i’ll go above and beyond to help clients.
