I love this little boutique! I reached out for assistance with getting my Sorrelli jewelry repaired, and someone responded to me several times during the holiday weekend. This person went a step further and contacted Sorrelli on my behalf, which facilitated the repair process. Good customer service is somewhat of a lost art in these modern times, so it's refreshing when someone goes out of their way to be of assistance.
