Worst customer service ever. Laura Plum is one of the rudest people I have ever worked with. Have never had anyone I hired talked to me the way she did! Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I own a small business and had them do my taxes one year. My taxes were rejected my the IRS, she told me to ignore the letter I received from the IRS. Would not help me fix the problem. Will be finding new accountants ASAP!
