Myself and several other women I know have been lied to and money and clothes have been stolen from us. Horrible situation, very frustrating, to say the least. How do we proceed? We gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to get their stuff together for MONTHS. Anytime I called or went in to get my money or clothes they said the "system was down". Months. Its frustrating because consignment is such a great thing normally, but this. This is inexcusable.
Yes, Sandy, I have also had problems with the new owners. They have moved to Lynden, somewhere near one of the car washes, but I have been unable to find them. I have also called and left messages and received no call back. I will search for their new location in Lynden once more and then chalk it up to a loss and a learning experience.
I used to love this place. However since the new owner took over it is very hard to get money owed to you, prices are higher and quality isn't as good. And now to top it off I have called and gotten no answer and gone there multiple times before 5 this week to the "open" sign on, lights out and doors locked. What the heck.. they have my money and cloths.. anyone else having problems?
