Went in after work thinkin I would be looking at a huge bill & waiting a long time as well but was greeted with the best hospitality & customer service ever , sat down and explained to me what’ the issue was with my phone charger port and how to keep it clean , did it less than 20 mins & sold me a new case & screen protector best phone repair service in Kent for sure
IT'S IN THE GROCERY STORE! (walk in, then go left toward the back corner along the wall). I went to this place after reading the extensive positive reviews on multiple sites. I needed a broken screen replaced quickly at a decent price. I'd called the day before, and the owner was pleasant and told me he could fix it easily. Terrible. They are never in. We even made an appointment on their website and they were a no show. Wasted our time. Don't bother with this outfit. Go to a legitimate phone service provider.
