It smells clean and the cashier that serviced me was very nice. The money orders are Free, but there isn't a spot on it to write a memo :( Other than that I had a good experience.

I've tried to cash a check here twice and left both times. awful customer service, their reps are frustratingly inept and apathetic. They hassled me hard over having a still valid out of state ID an excessive amount before the rep took 15 minutes setting up a customer profile for me only to tell me she couldn't cash my check because I couldn't give her a number to my company's payroll to "verify the check".
