This place been here for years. I remember when there were small stand soft people selling stuff inside that's how far back I'm going late 90s early 00's. Overall friendly staff just sometimes can get slow but I guess it happens when dealing with some customers. One thing I suggest is security doing better in who comes in because sometimes the addicts come in asking for money.
They were rude and slow. When I was waiting, I had to wait for 30 minutes, which isn't bad but once I finally got called. I had to wait almost 45-1hr for services. They said they had to send a email for some reason and I had to wait for verification which also made no sense because the other PLS I have gone too, I didn't have to wait and they didn't ask for a email. Did appreciate being turn away when asking to purchase 2 money orders by the guy that work there and as I walked away to the girl next to him I was a scammer. But purchasing money orders through PlS for years and never had a bad experience until today
This is the worse place ever all these people do is play around.. your standing on the line for like 40 min because they taking their time chatting with each other instead of doing their job. And it be the same people every time.. their mouth is nasty always with an attitude.. 0/10 rating
