Very Ghetto and while I am in rush their employees are on the phone talking about their weekend, take hours just to send $2 to another country. Lazy , Not all PLS are like this!!! Need to hire more people! Update 10/10/23 They have clearly made changes and service is faster and less homeless people begging for change outside. Update 03/27/25 Big difference nahelia is a great help. It’s also fast to get a PLS card . They make the cards right there for you . Good Job Management
Everytime I go in there which is often the workers are helpful and kind. They are always patient with me no matter how many questions or how long I'm going to be. I only go to this one now even when the other one is closer.
