As my first time going to PLS to make a transaction it couldn’t have gone better! I was a little frustrated due to some errors causing me to make other calls and play telephone . However all the girls there were very nice but Jasmin was amazing she was patient, kind, and talked me through what I had to do to get everything situated. Most people just get frustrated and rude back.
Had a great experience at this location, the young lady who assisted me with my transaction was very kind and helpful. She answered all the questions I had to ask, I believe her name was Jasmin. Would hope to have her help me again next time!
